Our monthly newsletter "MORNINGSIDE-LITES" is published by the Board of Directors for the benefit of Morninside residents. The publication is dedicated to fostering communication and collaboration among the residents, Board of Directors and staff; promoting Morningside numerous and diverse activities; and informing residents of community resources and issues.

Please put the following in the subject line: "Ad for the Newsletter." Due to high virus awareness, "no subject" emails will be deleted. Your cooperation is much appreciated. Articles need to be emailed to the editor no later than 15th of each month. If you are submitting your unit for rent, the rental term must be for a minimum of one year, and a copy of the rental agreement must be submitted to Skyline real Estate. Classified ads will run for two month unless editor is notified.

Copies of Newsletter are hand deliver to on-site residents and copies mailed to off-site owners.
